General Donor Qualifications for all Donations
- 17 years of age or older, or are 16 years of age with a signed parental consent form for Georgia residents
- in good general health
- over 110 pounds
- Present an ID card such as a driver's license or donor card

- Iron count of at least 12.5
Alyx Double Red Cells Collection
- Minimum Height for Men 5’1”
- Minimum Weight for Men 130 pounds
- Minimum Height for Women 5’5”
- Minimum Weight for Women 150 pounds
- Iron Count of at least 13.3
Platelet Pheresis
- Iron count of at least 12.5
Plasma Pheresis
- Iron count of at least 12.5
